What You Will Do:
- Provide regular individual and group supervision to clinical staff supporting professional development and clinical growth.
- Monitor staff compliance with caseload management documentation quality and evidence-based treatment protocols.
- Review and sign off on clinical documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Oversee caseload assignments group scheduling and chart reviews to ensure adherence to DPH standards.
- Maintain a modest individual caseload while overseeing broader program caseload management.
- Collaborate with the Program Director on staffing needs hiring and program quality.
Who You Are:
- Masters Degree in social work psychology or a related clinical field required.
- Independent Licensure (LMHC LICSW or LADC I) required.
- Minimum of three years experience in substance abuse treatment including at least one year of clinical supervisory experience.
- Working knowledge of DPH Bureau of Substance Abuse regulations.
- Strong clinical supervisory skills with the ability to mentor teach and evaluate staff.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated commitment to cultural competence.
