Clinical Supervisor

This is a wonderful role offering fantastic benefits and competitive pay!SUMMARY:The Director of Partial Hospital Program (PHP) must have experience facilitating groups and be knowledgeable in the treatment of dual diagnosis and mental health disorders in a partial hospital position requires the ability to function independently to manage crises and to understand various levels of psychiatric Director position is a masters level clinician with experience and expertise in the treatment of patients with mental health and substance use JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:Facilitate staff meetings and clinical chart audits and oversee maintenance of patient clinical staff and graduate a caseload of four to five (4-5) patients depending on patient assessments; provide diagnosis treatment planning case management and discharge planning utilization groups focused on mental health and substance use compliance with standards of outside credentialing agencies such as insurers the Joint Commission and the Department of Public in conjunction with insurance be comfortable working in a fast-paced :Masters degree in Counseling Psychology Social Work or related discipline :Two (2) years of clinical experience in an addiction mental health treatment program or Partial Hospital Program or group counseling to two (1-2) years of supervisory experience Range: $90000.00 To $100000.00 (based on full-time employment):Blue Cross & Blue Shield health and dental and dependent care flexible spending paid vacation sick and holiday time.403b retirement savings plan with employer financial management and supplemental life illness and accident Assistance this is something you would be interested in learning more about add your CV to this job posting!
