What You Will Do:
- Provide direct and clinical supervision to clinical staff
- Provide collateral consultation including attending ISP medication review staff and other treatment planning meetings
- Model for staff how to implement strategies from the Community Service Plan
- Represent BHN at local and state meetings as needed
- Perform other tasks as requested by the Senior Program Manager and Vice President
Who You Are:
- Masters Degree in a Mental Health or related field required
- Five years of experience working in the field required
- Two years in a supervisory capacity required
- Professional clinical licensure required (e.g. BCBA/LABA LCSW LICSW LMHC)
- Valid drivers license clean driving record and reliable vehicle available for all working hours
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be over 21
- Demonstrated willingness and ability to work with challenging and diverse client populations
- Working knowledge of community resources and how to help clients access them

Salary Range: $78000-$845000
