What Youll Do

• Own the participant experience coordinating visits assessments and follow-up appointments with care and precision
• Drive study operations across multiple active clinical trials simultaneously
• Perform venipuncture and process laboratory specimens accurately and safely
• Maintain airtight source documentation and regulatory files in line with GCP and sponsor requirements
• Lead participant recruitment enrollment retention and education efforts
• Identify document and report adverse events safeguarding study quality and participant safety at every step

What Youll Bring

• 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator
• Confident reliable phlebotomy skills
• Bachelors degree required; advanced degree a plus
• Background in metabolic endocrine internal medicine or related therapeutic areas preferred
• A knack for juggling competing priorities without missing a beat
• CCRC certification welcomed though not required
