Full-Time $60000$65000
Help shape tomorrows psychiatric and CNS treatments. At IMA Clinical Research youll be the steady trusted presence guiding participants through every step of their study journey while gaining hands-on experience across our Phase IIIV trial portfolio (we do not conduct Phase I studies). Position includes some evening hours if needed.
What Youll Do
- Run day-to-day trial operations keeping studies on protocol and on track
- Coordinate scheduling procedures assessments and follow-up visits
- Perform phlebotomy and handle specimen collection/processing
- Be the go-to liaison between participants investigators sponsors and CROs
- Keep source documents and case report forms audit-ready
- Support monitoring visits and regulatory reviews
- Assist with safety reporting and participant retention
What You Bring
- 2 years coordinating clinical research studies
- Phlebotomy proficiency
- Bachelors degree
- CNS psychiatry psychology neuroscience or behavioral health research experience a plus
- Strong multitasking across active studies
- CCRC certification a plus not required
