Job Summary

Job Summary

This position supports the Richmond Recovery Court Program by providing clinical and programmatic oversight including supervision and development of clinical staff. The Clinical Supervisor ensures that assessments referrals documentation service delivery and other program operations are completed in accordance with Recovery Court requirements and established clinical standards. Responsibilities include oversight of individual and group interventions staff training and supervision care coordination and collaboration with court personnel and community partners. This role is critical to maintaining program quality promoting effective treatment services and supporting positive recovery outcomes for program participants.

  • Supervise clinical staff and daily operations of assigned program

  • Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements

  • Provide coaching feedback and performance support to team members

  • Participate in hiring onboarding and training of clinical staff

  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to coordinate services

  • Review documentation and ensure accuracy in electronic health records

  • Support crisis response and escalation protocols as needed

  • Contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives

  • Other duties as assigned
