Clinical Program Manager Senior (Recovery Plus)

Program Description

Recovery Plus is an Opioid Treatment Program offering medication assisted treatment (MAT) methadone - for individuals diagnosed with opioid dependence. RBHA utilizes the American Society of Addition Medicine (ASAM) Criteria to determine if an individual meets criterion for this type of outpatient addition to treatment with medication Recovery Plus offers individual therapy group counseling sessions and peer recovery support. This is a voluntary program that complies with all local and federal regulations.

Job Summary

Senior clinical leader responsible for enterprise-wide clinical strategy. Shapes long-term direction manages senior leaders and ensures clinical excellence across RBHA. Licensure is required for oversight of designated services.

• Lead strategic planning and implementation of clinical initiatives across divisions

• Supervise senior clinical leaders and oversee multi-program operations

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and clinical best practices

• Influence policy development and organizational decision-making

• Manage budgets staffing and resource allocation for clinical programs

• Promote quality improvement and service innovation

• Represent RBHA in external partnerships and strategic collaborations

• Other duties as assigned
