Clinical Pharmacy Operations Manager candidates must meet the following minimum job qualifications:

• Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution. Completion of a PGY1 or PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration residency is required
• Licensure: Current pharmacist licensure (or eligibility for licensure) in the state.
• Experience: Minimum of 35 years of recent hospital pharmacy experience with progressive leadership or supervisory responsibilities. Demonstrated expertise in sterile compounding regulations and medication safety practices.
• Skills: Exceptional communication problem-solving abilities and a proven track record of leading teams through operational change.
