Job Description

What you will be doing:

Plan develop implement coordinate and manage the highest quality of pharmaceutical care services for patients clients and staff.
Ensure services are delivered under the highest professional standards.
Be responsible and accountable for pharmaceutical care planning and management within the hospital.

Experience you will need:

2 years of pharmacy experience in an applicable area.
1 year of management experience (preferred).
PharmD in Pharmacy (preferred).
