Key Responsibilities:
- Review daily call lists and prioritize outreach to members regarding medication adherence.
- Engage with members and pharmacies to encourage timely medication fills.
- Document call outcomes and track progress using spreadsheets to ensure accountability.
- Monitor and report on the number of calls made and subsequent medication fills achieved.
- 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting.
- High School Diploma.
- Licensure as a Pharmacy Technician.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with members and pharmacies.
- Knowledge of medications and pharmacy operations.
- Experience in a member-focused healthcare role.
