Key Responsibilities:
- Review prior authorization requests based on defined criteria to determine medication approval or denial.
- Meet a production goal of 90% with an average of 40 cases completed per day.
- Maintain a quality goal of 95% for Q1 2026 and 99% for Q2-Q4 2026.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure compliance and transparency in the authorization process.
- Foster a culture of accountability courage curiosity trust and service within the team.
- 1 years of experience in retail hospital managed care or PBM settings with prior authorization review experience preferred.
- Bachelors or Doctorate of Pharmacy degree.
- Current states Pharmacist license with no restrictions.
- Preferred: Pharmacist Licenses in NC CA NJ AZ KS TX IN GA.
- Familiarity with Outlook Teams SharePoint and Excel is a plus.
- Strong clinical decision-making skills flexibility and the ability to learn quickly.
