• Provides for foundational pharmacy services including medication order verification dispensing oversight drug information support and basic patient-oriented clinical pharmacy services.
• Reviews the accuracy and appropriateness of medications prepared and dispensed by pharmacy personnel.
• Serves as a drug information resource to physicians nursing staff and other hospital personnel.
• Supports safe accurate and efficient medication use throughout the hospital.

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required
• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• RPH - Registered Pharmacist with valid State of California Pharmacist License required
