Job Summary
Vancouver Clinic is hiring anMA Educatorto join our Clinical Training Programs this roleyoulldevelop and deliver curriculum teach advanced clinical skills within the Washington Medical Assistant-Certified scope of practice and coach staff toward successful program completion. The ideal candidate is an organized engaging communicator who is passionate about learning skilled in adult education and comfortable collaborating across teams and clinic locations to strengthen Medical Assistant competency and patient care.
Location:Evergreen Administration Building(13898 NE 28thStreet Vancouver WA98682)
Schedule:Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Hiring rangegenerally between$28.02/hour-$33.58/hour and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent requiredassociatesdegree preferred.
Current active Washington State MedicalAssistant-Certifiedcredential.
Minimumtwo years of experienceas a Medical Assistant-Certified preferably in an outpatient primary care setting.
Previousteaching training facilitation or instructional experience in a healthcare settingwithin the last 2 years.
Experience with Epic preferred.
Experience with Word Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
Experience developing curriculum and delivering training in a healthcare setting preferred.

Pay Range:
