- Lead Clinical Engineering strategy and operations across a multi-site healthcare network.
- Partner with hospital executives to improve performance enhance technology management and deliver measurable business results.
- Build mentor and develop high-performing Clinical Engineering leaders and teams.
- Drive regulatory readiness operational excellence and continuous improvement across the network.
- You know how to balance customer expectations operational demands and financial performance.
- You can influence executives just as effectively as you can coach frontline leaders.
- You see root causes not just symptoms and act decisively to solve problems.
- Youre energized by building strong teams developing talent and delivering results that matter.
- Bachelors degree in Management Engineering Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10 years of Clinical Engineering experience.
- 5 years of leadership experience managing people and operations.
- Experience with regulatory compliance financial management contracts costing and medical equipment management.
- Strong communication relationship-building and strategic leadership skills.
