Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Director to oversee and lead our ABA clinical services. This is a senior leadership role requiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is committed to clinical excellence staff development and the highest standards of care for the children and families we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery and quality of all ABA clinical services
• Supervise mentor and support clinical staff including BCBAs and behavior technicians
• Ensure clinical programming is evidence-based individualized and outcome-driven
• Monitor and maintain compliance with all clinical regulatory and ethical standards
• Lead staff training professional development and performance reviews
• Collaborate with operations billing and administrative teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Serve as the primary clinical resource and point of escalation for complex cases
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and oversee record-keeping standards

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Significant experience in ABA clinical services required
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
• Deep knowledge of ABA principles ethics and best practices
• Strong communication organizational and leadership skills
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with ASD
