Clinical Assistant Professor of Nursing
Job Summary
The Laboratory Coordinator is responsible for the planning coordination operation and evaluation of nursing skills laboratory experiences for Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) students. This role supports the integration of psychomotor skill development clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice throughout the curriculum. The Laboratory Coordinator collaborates with faculty students simulation personnel and university staff to ensure a safe organized and effective laboratory learning environment that supports program outcomes accreditation standards and regulatory requirements. The position will be a two-year term with renewal based on performance and department need.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and related field and 2 years of clinical experience
Current unencumbered RN license.
Experience in nursing education clinical practice laboratory instruction or skills development.
Knowledge of nursing skills laboratory operations and instructional methodologies.
Experience managing healthcare equipment supplies and inventory systems.
Knowledge of nursing accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
Strong organizational communication and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with faculty students and interdisciplinary teams.
Experience with educational technologies and learning management systems preferred.
