About the Role

In this role youll work directly with customers to understand their workflows configure and deploy Sectra applications and provide ongoing application support. Youll also train clinical teams assist during go-live and help troubleshoot and optimize solutions after implementation.

Key Responsibilities

As an Application Specialist you will:

• Work with customers to understand their clinical workflows and application needs.
• Configure test and deploy Sectra applications in partnership with project and technical teams.
• Support application implementation and go-live activities both remotely and on-site.
• Analyze and troubleshoot application and workflow issues partnering with technical teams when needed.
• Help customers optimize their use of Sectra applications after deployment.
• Deliver application training to end-users administrators and other end users.
• Develop training materials and documentation tailored to customer workflows.
• Gather user feedback and share insights with internal teams to support product and process improvements.
• Keep project managers informed of application activities progress and issues.
• Travel to customer sites as needed up to 80%.
