We pride ourselves on high quality integrated community-based services that meet the evolving needs of our Therapist Position Summary:Under the direct supervision of the Supervising Therapist the Therapist is primarily responsible for the provision of therapy to individuals couples families and groups referred to the Brownell Therapist Job Responsibilities:Provide person-centered outpatient mental health services to individuals couples families and intake assessments gather information from relevant sources and develop treatment plans in collaboration with clients and the clinical clinical interventions and crisis intervention services to support clients in achieving service plan goals and maintaining for children and families by coordinating services referrals and linkages with educational legal healthcare and community effective professional relationships with service providers and community organizations while promoting diversity equity inclusion and required documentation case records reports statistics and incident reporting accurately and within established program and agency in supervision staff meetings training professional development and emergency/on-call coverage while adhering to agency policies program standards and required Therapist Qualifications:Masters degree in Social Work or related clinical of one (1) year of post-graduate experience; related experience may flexibility and ability to work effectively with individuals and -oriented approach with strong interpersonal to work one evening per verbal communication written communication range: $63000 - $69000 annuallyLiberty Resources is committed to creating a diverse inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
