Clinic Office Manager

We are Full Circle Natural Medicine an established naturopathic clinic with five (5) doctors and three (3) admin staff seeking an experienced Clinic/Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and support continued growth. This hands-on leadership role works closely with the clinic owner to manage operations across administration billing compliance inventory HR and marketing.

• Manage clinic operations scheduling and staff support
• Oversee billing payroll compliance and vendor coordination
• Maintain operational systems including Charm EHR and ClickUp
• Support hiring onboarding and staff development
• Coordinate inventory marketing initiatives and clinic events
• Review operational data and recommend improvements

• 3 years of operations or clinic management experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with healthcare workflows and compliance preferred
• Comfortable with technology reporting systems and project management tools
• Able to lead with accountability and professionalism
