Job Summary

InterDent is seeking a compassionate organized and service-oriented Client Support Specialist to assist patients dental practices and internal teams with questions requests and administrative this role you will serve as a reliable point of contact provide accurate information document interactions and coordinate with appropriate departments to ensure client concerns are addressed efficiently.

This position may support a remote work arrangement depending on business requirements. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people communicating clearly and solving problems in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide timely support while maintaining professionalism confidentiality and a strong commitment to service quality.
Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client patient practice and internal support inquiries through phone email and other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information regarding services appointments accounts and administrative processes.
  • Document client interactions requests and resolutions in internal systems.
  • Investigate service-related issues and coordinate with appropriate departments to resolve them.
  • Follow up on outstanding requests to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate client and support records.
  • Assist dental practices with administrative and operational questions.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive matters to appropriate team members.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling patient employee financial and company information.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend opportunities to improve support processes.
  • Communicate effectively with remote and onsite colleagues across different departments.
  • Support remote client-service workflows while maintaining responsiveness and service quality.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service client support healthcare administration dental services or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management systems.
  • Ability to learn new software and internal processes quickly.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment when applicable.
  • Commitment to providing professional patient-focused service.
