- Reporting to the National Client Support Manager
- Location flexible across our office network: Brisbane Sydney or Melbourne
- Hybrid working model (2 days working from home & 3 days working in the office)

In this role you will be the key relationship lead for a portfolio of Compass Group sectors working closely with operational stakeholders procurement teams and clients to deliver exceptional service maximise value and strengthen long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing strategic client relationships across assigned sectors
- Facilitating regular stakeholder engagement meetings and presenting insights performance updates and improvement opportunities
- Working with procurement and client services teams to identify and implement savings initiatives and service enhancements
- Supporting sector growth through relationship development innovation and account retention strategies
- Monitoring client satisfaction performance metrics and operational outcomes
- Acting as an escalation point for client concerns and driving effective resolutions
- Partnering with internal teams to maximise compliance supplier performance and overall business value
About You
You are a relationship-driven professional with strong commercial acumen and a passion for delivering outstanding client outcomes. You enjoy working collaboratively influencing stakeholders and identifying opportunities that create value.
To be successful you will bring:
- Experience in account management client relationship management business development or commercial management
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- The ability to analyse data and translate insights into meaningful business actions
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving influencing and relationship-building capabilities
- A customer-focused mindset with a continuous improvement approach
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel and PowerPoint
