Job Summary
Client Success Partner
Remote Full-Time Eastern Time (ET) Hours
- Develop a strong understanding of each clients goals priorities and working style.
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the client relationship.
- Anticipate client needs instead of waiting for issues to arise.
- Translate client feedback into actionable recommendations for internal teams.
- Monitor the overall health of client relationships and identify areas requiring attention.
- Coordinate internally to resolve challenges and keep commitments on track.
- Lead client conversations around priorities changes and opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to improve how clients work with our team.
- Gather and communicate client insights that can inform company decisions.
- Help create scalable approaches for managing recurring client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of important client information decisions and follow-ups.
- Partner with leadership on sensitive client situations and strategic priorities.
What Were Looking For
- 3 years in customer success client success account management consulting partnerships or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience supporting clients in a tech SaaS AI startup or digital environment is highly preferred.
- Strong business judgment and the ability to understand the why behind a clients request.
- Comfortable using technology and learning unfamiliar platforms quickly.
- Excellent communication skills particularly in written business communication.
- Able to confidently manage conversations with different levels of stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with excellent follow-through.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Able to balance client needs with business priorities.
