Elements Massage of Crofton is looking for an engaging and outgoing personality to join our team as a client services and sales associate. Make a positive difference in the lives of others in a meaningful way. The ideal candidate ensures a welcoming experience for our clients.


Heres what we are looking for:
* Ability to follow our proven processes to ensure excellent client experiences and to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program.
* The right candidate must like talking but more important love listening to all new clients established clients and prospective clients.

* Kind caring smiling upbeat outgoing personality

* Reliable transportation and attendance

Responsibilities

* Deliver a great client experience with our industry leading Service Path. This is a system allows you to sell memberships gift cards session upgrades and effectively provide information about our services and products.
* Maintain a clean and organized reception/lobby area ensuring it is always presentable to clients this will include assisting in light cleaning duties.
* Be a team-player who is respectful kind and thoughtful. You will collaborate with therapists estheticians and other front-of-house staff.

* Provide excellent customer service skills by welcoming clients with a warm and friendly smile!

* Manage the studios appointment scheduling system phone text and email inquiries

Qualifications
* Prior customer service experience preferred but not required. Dedication attention to detail and enthusiasm are the most important qualities.

SCHEDULE:

Sunday: OFF

Monday: OFF

Tuesday: 3pm-9pm

Wednesday: OFF

Thursday: OFF

Friday: 3pm-9pm

Saturday: 3pm-9pm

*Hours during 2-3 week training period will differ
