Client Services Associate

Jefferson at Home by BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Associate in our Voorhees NJ home health office. This position is on site in Voorhees NJ Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm.

Through hands-on experience and mentorship Client Services Associates gain valuable exposure to all aspects of referral management client services scheduling and staffing preparing them for future growth opportunities within the organization.

• Coordinate and assist with managing client services scheduling and staffing needs
• Act as the first point of contact for new referrals
• Support field staff in delivering high-quality home health services
• Assist with various administrative tasks
• Foster positive communication and engagement with field employees
• Maintain accurate documentation and data entry within company systems

• Bachelors degree preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
• Home health office experience a plus
• Strong interpersonal organizational and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to achieve goals and build professional relationships
• Ambition to grow professionally and advance within the organization
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer/data entry skills
• Comfortable with phone communication and relationship-building outreach
