Client Services Associate (Unlicensed)

As a Client Services Associate youll play an important role in the day-to-day client experience by managing incoming calls correspondence and appointments; maintaining client files and databases; preparing portfolio reviews and sales and referral reports; and coordinating marketing initiatives and materials. Youll work closely with our investment team while building strong relationships across Waukesha State Bank and serving as a knowledgeable and dependable resource for our internal business partners.

Proficiency in Word and Excel is required along with a genuine desire to learn and grow in financial services.
