Job Description:
The VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) Division enables organizations worldwide to run their business-critical and modern applications securely resiliently and cost-efficiently.
Together our bold group of technology professionals with diverse backgrounds spanning engineering products marketing partners professional services and global support services is focusing on what can be for the largest enterprises governments financial services healthcare manufacturing and educational institutions of the world.
We seek an experienced AI Solution Architect to join our team to develop Reference Architectures for Agentic AI development on VCF. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in VCF hands-on deployment upgrade and migration services and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
The Work: What type of work will you be doing What assignments requirements or skills will you be performing regularly
Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert on deploying AI workloads on VCF demonstrating how SDDC components of VCF can bring ROI for customer deployments
Configuration and upgrade services within our R&D lab environments
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams in identifying opportunities through customer discovery and scoping meetings
Participate in pre-sales conversations design planning of services engagements when required
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to others looking to deploy AI workloads on VCF
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors in Computer Science or a related field and 12 years of experience in solutions architecture or software engineering
Skills and Attributes:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced cross-functional environment
Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is USD 129400.00 To USD 207000.00
