Providing friendly professional assistance to customers and prospects both in person and over the phone
Handling everyday transactions such as deposits withdrawals transfers check cashing and wire transfers with accuracy and care
Responding to basic account inquiries and helping customers navigate their banking needs
Working collaboratively with team members to create exceptional and personalized customer experiences
Demonstrating commitment to customer and bank success by following safety protocols maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory compliance and fraud prevention practices
Identifying opportunities to connect customers with products and services that support their financial goals
