Location: Aiea Heights Honolulu Hi
Status: Full-Time
Days/Hours: TBD

Base hourly pay rate: $24.76 - $27.24

In this role you will:

• Provide immediate responses to client and customer questions
• Perform laboratory assistant duties including specimen processing add-ons and send-outs
• Investigate and resolve client issues discrepancies and report concerns
• Notify clients of STATs and critical values in accordance with guidelines
• Track and monitor send-out tests escalating issues when necessary
• Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure timely service and accurate results
• Maintain confidentiality compliance and professional communication at all times

All you need is:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Computer proficiency with the ability to learn new software quickly
• Excellent organizational interpersonal and communication skills

Bonus points if youve got:

• Laboratory Assistant (LAS or LA) experience
• Previous customer service experience
• 12 years working in a clinical laboratory environment
