We currently have an opportunity for a part-time Client Service Representative to join our Retirement & Private Wealth Division team in our Pittsburgh PA office.

The selected individual will be responsible for serving as a primary point of contact for clients and partners on account inquiries managing new client onboarding maintaining accurate account information and preparing for client meetings.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and partners regarding account inquiries and service requests.

• Build positive long-term relationships with clients by anticipating and addressing needs while ensuring accuracy and timely responses.

• Manage all aspects of new client onboarding including account setup documentation and system configuration.

• Prepare and attend client meetings to discuss accounts address concerns and communicate updates.

• Maximize resources and team efficiency through effective scheduling and workload management.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of retirement and wealth management products and services to provide informed client support.

• Ensure that all work reflects HUBs commitment to client service excellence and the values of integrity teamwork and accountability.

• 25 years of relevant experience in client service retirement services or wealth management administration.

• Excellent customer service skills and a customer-first mindset.

• Strong knowledge of retirement and wealth management products and account administration best practices.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced busy environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• Experience with retirement plan or wealth management platforms.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and willingness to take on new challenges.
