Client Service Representative

We are currently seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team at Amend Treatment in Malibu California. As a Client Service Representative you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to adults experiencing mental health and co-occurring challenges. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that clients receive the highest level of care and support during their stay at our residential treatment facility.

• Provide customer service to clients and their families
• Assist clients with day-to-day activities and needs
• Coordinate client intake and discharge processes
• Manage client schedules and appointments
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure client needs are met
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Handle inquiries and concerns from clients and their families

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Empathy and compassion for individuals facing mental health challenges

• Prior experience in a client service or healthcare setting
• Knowledge of mental health treatment principles and practices
