Life at Its Just Lunch:
Some of the best things about working at Its Just Lunch is the culture and a remote position we are accepting candidates from outside of the Milwaukee area. There are employee contests with great prizes and we offer many opportunities to receive bonuses. We work Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm - no late nights travel or weekends required. The compensation package consists of a combination of your base rate and monthly bonus opportunities ranging from $40000 - $60000/annually including a host of comprehensive benefits (including medical dental vision PTO 401k etc). From scheduling and confirming dates scheduling our clients for their personal interview and dating coaching sessions obtaining feedback on how dates went and using your creativity and vision to make a clients profile come to life you will have a huge impact on our clients dating experience.

Work From Home Requirements:
You will work from your own home office which is required to be equipped with internet (meet bandwidth requirements) and a conducive environment that allows for privacy quiet good lighting and is appropriate to attend a team or client video meeting. A company-supplied laptop will be provided; employee is responsible for all other home office expenses.

Ideal Candidate:
To be a successful Client Coordinator you need to be someone who is passionate about helping others find their special someone and is enthusiastic about giving our clients the best experience possible. This requires a positive and energetic attitude and excellent communication skills especially over the addition you need to have been in a customer service and/or sales role for at least two years ideally working with professional upscale clientele. You should be self-motivated goal oriented and bonus driven with great organization and attention to detail.
