Position Summary:
The Cerity Partners Family Office isseekinga driven team-oriented Client Service Associate to support and grow with our this role you will partner with Advisors and internal specialists to help deliver family office services to UHNW individuals and families. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment hasstrong communicationskills meticulous attention to detail and is passionate about developing a career in the industry.
Primary Responsibilities
Client & Team Support
Provide exceptional service and foster trusted client relationships exceeding client expectations
Diligently track and organize client requests ensuring all deliverables and deadlines are met
Handle general administrative support (mailings messenger services scanning faxing etc.)
Act as a backup to the office Administrative Assistant
Communication & Coordination:
Serve as a primary point of contact for both external and internal team members at all levels
Maintain and update calendars scheduling internal and external meetings and booking travel arrangements as needed
Answer screen and redirect phone calls in a professional manner
Project Management & Execution
Collaborate with internal team members on various tasks and long-term initiatives from daily account management to tax and planning projects
Assistin the preparation of client meeting materials and ensure follow-through on all action items
Coordinate with clients external advisors (attorneys accountants etc.) to track and organize all pertinent documents and information
Process & Technology:
Manage and update the firms CRM ensuring data accuracy and proper follow-up on tasks
Support the implementation of new processes and technology solutions
Required Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in wealth management a plus
Bachelors degree
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Excel experience a plus
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
Easily picks upnew technologiesand systems

Physical Requirements:
Prolongedperiodssitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able tolift upto 15 pounds at times.
Compensation Range:
$67000 - $75000
