McCrossan & Associates is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our growing team. This role is essential to delivering a high-quality client experience while supporting the advisors with the day-to-day operational needs of the practice.
The Client Service Associate will work closely with the advisory team to manage client service requests coordinate meeting preparation and ensure all operational and administrative tasks are handled efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced client-focused environment and is interested in building a long-term career in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries responding via phone email and in person
- Prepare client meeting agendas documents and follow-up summaries
- Maintain and update the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Coordinate scheduling and confirm client appointments
- Assist with account openings transfers and service-related transactions
- Process check deposits incoming mail and required paperwork
- Track outstanding items such as planning documents tax forms and required signatures
- Support advisors during client meetings and document follow-up action items
- Ensure client files are organized and maintained in compliance with regulatory standards
- Assist with estate settlement processing and related applications
- Provide general operational and administrative support to the advisory team
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate brings a strong client service mindset attention to detail and an interest in growing within the financial services industry.
Qualifications include:
- 13 years of experience in a client service or administrative support role (financial services experience preferred)
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional proactive and team-oriented mindset
- Comfort working with confidential client information and regulatory processes
- Ability to deliver a high level of client service and maintain professional client relationships

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $52000 $60000 annually (exempt)
- Quarterly bonus potential
- Health dental and vision insurance (eligible after 60 days)
- 401(k) with employer match after one year
- Two weeks of vacation during the first year plus holidays
