What you will do:
The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for the effective and efficient scheduling of inspections service appointments and technician workloads to ensure maximum productivity and customer satisfaction. This position requires a highly motivated self-driven individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving critical-thinking and decision-making abilities with the capability to resolve scheduling conflicts and adapt to changing business needs.
- Proficiency with scheduling and workforce management systems Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Excel Word Teams) and other business applications
- Dependable attendance and strong time-management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business demands.
- All other duties as assigned.
What we look for:
Required - This is a Full On-Site role
- 3-5 years of strong customer service background
- Excellent communication skills.
- Prominent level of organization and ability to multi task a fast-paced work environment.
- Prior work experience as a Fleet scheduler or Service coordinator very helpful.
- Strong MS Office skills specifically with Excel
Preferred
- Associates or Bachelors preferred
- Experience working in a SimplexGrinnell District
- Use of ACE/Oracle systems preferred
- Product knowledge of life safety (fire alarm & sprinkler) equipment preferred
- Prior work experience with scheduling billing and on-hold resolution very helpful.
HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $25 - $33 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with market data.)
