As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients

- Understand client needs and propose solutions to meet their objectives

- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolution

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services or products

- Monitor client accounts and conduct regular check-ins to assess satisfaction levels

Requirements & Skills:

- 1–4 years of experience in client relationship management

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding client expectations

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in English

- Excellent problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
