As a Client Relationship Consultant youll be the welcoming face of our branch and a trusted partner for our clients. Your work helps people confidently navigate their financial lives while supporting strong lasting relationships with our bank. In this role youll

Engage clients with exceptional service while supporting a wide range of sales and service activities.
Process routine financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency including deposits withdrawals check cashing and loan payments.
Balance your cash drawer with precise currency and coin handling.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and introduce products services and digital banking tools that support their goals.
Identify opportunities to expand relationships and make referrals to partners across Commercial Lending Treasury Management Mortgage Lending and Investment Services.
Proactively communicate with clients to educate resolve concerns strengthen loyalty and gather feedback.
Hold appointments to identify client needs provide solutions and support their financial success.
Open new accounts maintain existing accounts and resolve account issues while ensuring compliance with policies procedures and regulations.
Support branch lending processes by answering questions completing applications and preparing accurate documentation.

What were looking for

You have a High School Diploma or G.E.D. (Required).
You bring entry-level experience in teller banking or sales roles with established goals (Required).
An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.

Compensation & Benefits

Targeted starting salary range (based on experience): $19.00 - $24.50
Annual incentive potential

In this role youll

Provide exceptional client experiences through consultative sales and service interactions at branch locations.
Build awareness and understanding of bank products and services including digital banking capabilities.
Grow and maintain a consumer and business lending pipeline by deepening client and centerofinfluence relationships.
Conduct outbound calls networking activities and participate in banking presentations to generate referrals and new business.
Apply needbased sales techniques to expand retain and strengthen client relationships.
Identify and facilitate referrals to internal partners such as Commercial Lending Treasury Management Mortgage Lending and Investment Services.
Proactively communicate with current and prospective clients to educate resolve issues and build longterm loyalty.
Conduct scheduled and walkin client appointments to identify needs and recommend solutions.
Open new accounts and perform maintenance on existing accounts in compliance with policies procedures and regulations.
Support branch lending activities by educating clients completing loan applications and ensuring accurate documentation and booking.
Process routine financial transactions accurately including deposits withdrawals check cashing and loan payments and balance cash drawers with precision.
Support branch operations and contribute to the training mentoring and coaching of team members.

What were looking for

You have a High School Diploma or GED (Required).
You bring 4 or more years of experience as a banker client relationship consultant or in a related sales role with established performance goals (Required).
An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.

Youre comfortable working with complex account types such as Trusts Powers of Attorney Guardianships andCourtBlocked accounts.
