Client Relations Associate – Entry Level

Schedule: MondayFriday 9:00 AM5:00 PM

Our Texas office is expanding. Our Company is looking for driven individuals to join as Client Relations Associates no prior staffing or customer service experience required. Youll receive structured training mentorship and a clear advancement path while working directly with business clients and candidates.

Meet with business clients and candidates during scheduled in-person meetings

Provide friendly solution-oriented support through the hiring process

Answer questions on staffing solutions jobs and services

Build strong client and candidate relationships through clear communication

Help identify staffing solutions that fit client needs

Keep accurate records of interactions and appointments

Follow up to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement

Work with recruiters to hit performance goals

Participate in ongoing training

In-person on-site attendance required for training and coordination

No remote or hybrid option for this role
