Job Description
Core endpoint engineering
- Hands-on Microsoft Intune (creating/pushing policies/config profiles; device mgmt operations)
- Strong Windows endpoint engineering (Windows 10/11; endpoint configuration/management)
- PowerShell scripting for automation / operational efficiency
- Familiarity with ITSM / change control processes (ServiceNow context mentioned)
- Experience operating in medium-to-large enterprise environments (process-driven change management)
Operational readiness / KLO (Keeping Lights On)
- Able to pick up KLO tasks: patching configuration mgmt operational support routine engineering work
- Comfortable working with incomplete documentation; can create playbooks/runbooks to reduce tribal knowledge
Experience level
3 5 years experience is likely sufficient (not a senior architect)
Endpoint ecosystem
- SCCM/MECM experience (explicitly mentioned)
- Mac endpoint exposure: Intune for macOS Apple device management concepts (recent enterprise device management initiative completed)
- Experience improving ops via automation documentation (playbooks standard operating procedures)
- Citrix Experience
- Any prior Citrix support/administration exposure (even helped support / junior exposure)
