Cadreforce is recruiting a Client Partner for a global IT services and consulting client. This senior opportunity focuses on growing strategic Capital Markets relationships and connecting clients business priorities with digital solutions.

What you will do

Serve as the primary executive contact for large enterprise clients and build relationships with C-suite and senior business leaders.

Develop account growth plans identify and close new business and expand relationships through cross-selling and upselling.

Own account revenue margin profitability and P&L including budgeting forecasting and revenue realization.

Oversee program and delivery governance risks escalations customer satisfaction and commercial compliance.

Conduct executive business reviews present transformation roadmaps and align technology services with client priorities.

Lead contract negotiations renewals and extensions; coordinate and mentor cross-functional account delivery solution and sales teams.

Sponsor modernization cloud AI automation and digital transformation initiatives and develop compelling value propositions.

What you bring

18 years in IT services consulting banking technology or related industries.

Strong experience managing large enterprise clients with prior experience in Account Management Business Relationship Management Delivery Management or Sales Leadership.

Capital Markets client management and sales experience selling digital solutions.

Executive stakeholder management account management business development financial management/P&L ownership IT services and consulting knowledge negotiation program and delivery governance strategic planning and leadership.

Relevant areas to highlight include banking treasury management wealth management and digital engagement.

Practical details

Full-time hybrid role in Owings Mills Maryland. Candidates willing to relocate to Owings Mills are welcome.

Annual salary range: USD $191400-$258900 plus a 15% target bonus.
