Client Operations CoordinatorWhat Youll DoServe as the first point of contact for clients managing inbound calls inquiries and service requests with professionalism and timely client onboarding engagement setup and maintenance of client records accounts and CRM track and manage engagement documents proposals agreements reports and other client-facing service requests and client support activities ensuring accurate documentation issue resolution and escalation when across teams to deliver a seamless client experience while maintaining compliance with firm policies quality standards and operational procedures. What You BringHigh school diploma/GED required; some college preferred.1-3 years experience as an administrative assistant or similar administrative for overtime as needed during busy to travel approximately <5%. What Sets You ApartClient-centered service orientation and professional communication with internal and external in Microsoft 365 and ability to learn CRM workflow electronic signature portal document-management and practice-management organization prioritization proofreading records accuracy and judgment and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive to collaborate in a queue-based deadline-driven one-firm to follow documented procedures identify exceptions and escalate appropriately.
