YOUR SCHEDULE

This is a full-time job based in Shenandoah TX. You will work during regular business hours. Sometimes you may need to be flexible to fit client schedules or project needs. You will teach clients both online and in person.

YOUR DAY AS A ONBOARDING TRAINING SPECIALIST

As an Onboarding Training Specialist you will work with project managers to plan client trainings. You will spend time making and updating training materials like guides videos webinars and e-learning courses. You will lead training sessions for new clients either in person or online and make sure the training fits their needs. As you help clients understand payroll benefits and other software features you will explain things in simple clear language. After each training you will check how well the clients understood look at their feedback and update your materials as needed. You will also teach advanced topics like talent management and mobile apps when needed.

ONBOARDING TRAINING SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS

• 3 years of experience in corporate training or software implementation training within HR or SaaS
• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills across both physical and virtual environments
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Strong foundational understanding of human resources and payroll operations
• Ability to independently manage curriculum design content updates and training delivery across multiple client engagements

Preferred:

• Experience training on HCM platforms such as UKG Ceridian Dayforce Workday or iSolved
• Familiarity with SCORM standards and instructional design methodologies
• Knowledge of change management or user adoption strategies for enterprise software rollouts
• Experience building role-based training tracks for diverse learner audiences
