Client Leisure Associate

Were looking for organized service-focused individuals to help clients coordinate leisure plans reservations and important trip details in a remote environment.

As a Client Leisure Associate youll assist clients with researching options organizing preferences confirming arrangements and keeping plans on track from the initial request through completion. Depending on the clients needs this may include accommodations transportation activities scheduling and itinerary-related details.

This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys helping people researching options and creating a smooth well-organized client experience.

Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

• Communicate with clients about preferences dates and requests
• Research and compare available leisure options
• Assist with reservations and confirmations
• Coordinate scheduling and important planning details
• Follow up on pending items or changes
• Maintain accurate client records
• Support accommodation transportation and activity arrangements
• Assist with itinerary details and timing
• Help manage modifications or special requests
