Remote Flexible Schedule Training Provided
Were looking for detail-oriented individuals to help organize client plans schedules and itinerary information in a remote environment.
As a Client Itinerary Specialist youll help bring multiple details together into one clear organized plan. This may include accommodations transportation activities reservation timing confirmations and client preferences.
Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.
- Gather client preferences dates and planning details
- Organize itinerary information into a clear format
- Coordinate reservation and confirmation details
- Track schedules timing and important updates
- Research accommodations activities and transportation options
- Assist with itinerary changes or adjustments
- Maintain accurate client records
- Follow up on missing details or pending items
- Help ensure plans remain organized from start to finish
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Clear written communication

- Ability to work independently
- Familiarity with email and online systems
- Comfortable researching information
- Adaptable when plans or schedules change
Experience in customer service scheduling hospitality reservations administration or client coordination can be helpful but it is not required.
