Remote Flexible Schedule

Position Overview

We are seeking organized service-minded individuals to join our remote team as Client Experience Specialists.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people researching options staying organized and helping clients coordinate travel plans from beginning to end. Specialists work directly with clients to understand their preferences research appropriate options assist with reservations and provide ongoing communication throughout the planning process.

Previous industry experience is not required. Training resources and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with prospective and existing clients to understand their travel needs preferences dates and budgets

  • Research destinations accommodation transportation cruises activities and other travel services

  • Prepare and present customized travel options based on client requests

  • Assist clients with reservations and booking-related details

  • Maintain accurate client information confirmations and travel documentation

  • Provide timely and professional communication before and during the travel-planning process

  • Follow up with clients regarding outstanding information payments documentation and trip details

  • Coordinate multiple client requests while maintaining strong attention to detail

  • Use online booking systems supplier platforms email and other digital tools

  • Complete ongoing training and stay informed about destinations suppliers policies and travel-industry updates

  • Develop and maintain professional client relationships

  • Provide customer support and assist with travel-related questions when necessary

Work Environment

This is a fully remote independent role that requires reliable internet access and the ability to communicate professionally with clients using phone email video conferencing and online platforms.

The position offers schedule flexibility; however individuals are responsible for managing client communication deadlines reservations and follow-up in a timely manner.
