You will:
- Welcome new clients with warm calls and inhome assessments focused on needs preferences and goals.
- Build relationships through regular home visits checkins and thoughtful followups.
- Partner with the Booker team to match the right care partner to each client.
- Lead introductions between clients and care partners so everyone starts off comfortably and connected.
- Capture what matters in our systems so the whole team can support an amazing client journey.
You are:
- Experienced in home care healthcare or another peoplecentered field ideally with some leadership background.
- A selfstarter who can juggle multiple clients visits and priorities without losing the human touch.
- Techcomfortable organized and energized by being out in the field.
