We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Client Experience Coordinator to assist clients with reservations service requests and ongoing coordination. This role focuses on providing clear communication researching available options maintaining accurate information and creating a positive client experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Research available accommodations transportation activities and services
- Assist with reservations confirmations and scheduling
- Review reservation details for accuracy
- Provide clients with timely updates and important information
- Assist with modifications cancellations and special requests
- Maintain organized client records and documentation
- Follow up on outstanding requests and upcoming arrangements
- Communicate with service providers when necessary
- Maintain professional customer service standards
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Customer-focused and professional
- Comfortable using email and web-based platforms
- Strong research and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines
- Previous customer service hospitality reservations or administrative experience is helpful but not required
