What Youll Do

As a Client Care Advisor you will play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for clients families and Care Professionals from the very first interaction forward.

You will:

• Meet with prospective clients and families to understand care needs and create personalized care plans
• Conduct Care Consultations with compassion professionalism and confidence
• Help families navigate difficult situations while providing reassurance guidance and solutions
• Build strong ongoing relationships with clients families and Care Professionals
• Conduct quality assurance visits and follow-up calls to ensure service excellence
• Collaborate closely with Scheduling HR and Leadership teams to support continuity of care
• Support and encourage Care Professionals through communication coaching and recognition
• Proactively resolve concerns and help create positive outcomes for clients and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to overall territory growth and client satisfaction
