Client Booking & Support Specialist Remote

We are recruiting remote Client Support & Booking Specialists to assist travelers throughout the research and reservation process.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client questions and requests
• Gather information about client needs and preferences
• Research appropriate travel options
• Assist clients in comparing available choices
• Coordinate booking and reservation information
• Maintain accurate client records
• Provide professional follow-up and support
• Help resolve routine questions or reservation concerns
• Continue developing product knowledge through training

Basic Requirements:

• Applicants must reside in the United States United Kingdom Australia or Latin America.
• Access to a computer or smartphone
• Must be 18 years of age

Candidates may come from backgrounds such as:
Customer service hospitality retail education administrative support call centers event planning sales or other client-facing industries.

Travel experience is not a requirement. Candidates should be willing to learn comfortable working independently and able to provide professional service remotely.
