Position Type: Temporary Clerical/Administrative Support

Note: It will be a paid Parking as the location is in the heart of downtown Chicago. Parking will run approximately $20 per day so public transportation would be the most economical option.

Position Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented clerical support staff to assist with vote-by-mail and early-voting operations in downtown Chicago. Team members will help process applications verify signatures and support intake activities to ensure documents are handled accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

• Process and review vote-by-mail and early-voting applications.
• Proofread applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify signatures and review documentation.
• Assist with vote-by-mail and early-voting intake.
• Perform general clerical and administrative duties as needed.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
• Previous voting or election-related experience is a plus.

Ideal Candidate
Someone who is organized dependable detail-oriented and comfortable reviewing documents and handling repetitive administrative tasks with accuracy.
