Required Skills:

  • Possess three or more years of experience developing visual communications graphics and creative materials for professional or mission-focused environments.
  • Demonstrated proficiency creating isometric graphics
  • Develop clear polished and visually engaging graphics for presentations reports briefings digital media and other communication products.
  • Translate technical mission or business information into visual concepts that communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Manage multiple assignments and priorities while maintaining accuracy organization and attention to detail.
  • Incorporate feedback from customers team members and stakeholders while managing revisions and meeting established deadlines.
  • Collaborate effectively with technical teams program staff leadership and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver products that meet customer needs.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to support program and team initiatives beyond traditional graphic design responsibilities as mission needs evolve.
  • Hold a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelors or Associate degree in Graphic Design Visual Communications Fine Arts Digital Media or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Possess an active TS/SCI Clearance with a CI Poly (or CI Poly eligible)

Desired Skills

  • Possess experience developing graphics presentations or visual communication products in support of federal government and/or Intelligence Community (IC) programs.
  • Demonstrate experience creating and formatting executive-level presentations technical briefings reports posters infographics diagrams and other communication materials.
  • Apply strong attention to detail to ensure visual consistency accuracy quality and adherence to established branding or formatting standards.
  • Possess familiarity with additional creative capabilities such as photography video editing motion graphics animation data visualization or web/digital content development.
  • Demonstrated proficiency creating isometric graphics.
  • Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness when taking on new or unfamiliar assignments and supporting activities outside of traditional graphic design.
  • Maintain strong organizational skills while balancing multiple projects changing priorities revisions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicate ideas design concepts project status and potential concerns clearly with customers team members and program leadership.

The pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Our approach to crafting offers considers various factors to provide an equitable and competitive comprehensive compensation package. These considerations include but are not limited to contracted rates education certification(s) experience specific competencies required for this position and geographic location.
